I am enthusiastic about the the food industry, and have over a decade of experience.  I am currently looking for employment opportunities, in purchasing and coordination. 

Most recently I worked as a purchaser at Galerie au Chocolat, where I effectively negotiated competitive pricing with vendors, and delivered project components within deadlines.   

I have also worked as kitchen coordinator for the Restaurant Toqué, there I managed back of house operations, and fostered collaborative relationships with local producers.  Before that I worked for several years as a professional cook.

I'm looking forward to the next step in my career.
