Pizzaiolo/Cuisinier

Le Moleskine is looking for a pizzaiolo, apprentice pizzaiolo, cook to join the dynamic team at Moleskine Time Out Market, located downtown Montreal.

The position may require availability from Monday to Saturday during the day and/or evening. The time slots are 10–16 & 16–22/23h. Double shifts are required.

The position is open to experienced, resourceful candidates who are passionate about the profession and who wish to discover the wonderful art of pizza and baking, in an open and very busy kitchen.

• Culinary: minimum 2 years (Required)

Permit/Certification:

• Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (Required)

Must be available Wednesday, Thursday morning, Friday, and Saturday.
