Tasks:
· Oversee daily restaurant operations, including dine-in, takeout, and delivery.
- Supervise, train, and schedule staff to ensure efficient service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food and labor costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations.
- Track sales performance and assist with improving restaurant operations and profitability.
Requirements

Skills Requirements
Education:
Secondary education is usually required or equivalent experience. Food Safety and Smart Serve Certificate is a must.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in the food service sector is required.
