With over five years working in kitchens, I can "stand the heat" and am able to comfortably work in a high-paced environment. I am a team player and, having had the opportunity to work several different roles within the kitchen ecosystem (dishwasher, prep cook, line cook, line expeditor, and kitchen supervisor) I am well aware of the importance of pulling together to reach a common goal. I am able to lift heavy weights and possess a MAPAQ certification.
