About D’THRUTH Resto Lounge


D’THRUTH Resto Lounge is an upscale dining and nightlife destination delivering premium food, signature cocktails, curated music experiences, and high-level hospitality service. We are building a strong brand known for atmosphere, quality service, and memorable guest experiences.


We are currently seeking a professional Restaurant Manager who can lead front-of-house operations and elevate service standards to match a luxury lounge environment.


This role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership of the floor, lead a team with confidence, and help grow a rising hospitality brand.



Leadership Role Overview ⭐


As Restaurant Manager, you are the face of operations during service hours. You will oversee staff performance, guest satisfaction, VIP experiences, and nightly execution standards while supporting revenue growth and operational efficiency.


This is not a basic shift supervisor position — we are hiring a service leader.



Core Responsibilities


Floor Leadership & Guest Experience

• Lead front-of-house service during dinner and late-night operations

• Maintain premium hospitality standards across all guest touchpoints

• Manage reservations, VIP tables, and high-value clientele

• Resolve guest concerns professionally and confidently

• Ensure service timing aligns with kitchen and bar execution


Team Management

• Supervise servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff

• Build strong service culture and accountability

• Lead pre-shift briefings and performance coaching

• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of staff

• Ensure professional appearance and behaviour standards


Lounge & Night Service Coordination 🍸

• Oversee bottle service flow and table management

• Coordinate weekend service energy and pacing

• Support DJ/event-night service execution

• Maintain structured service during peak hours


Business Performance Support

• Monitor nightly sales activity

• Support labour cost awareness and staffing efficiency

• Identify upselling opportunities across menu and bar

• Improve service flow and guest retention strategies


Operations & Compliance

• Maintain opening and closing leadership routines

• Monitor inventory awareness (bar & service supplies)

• Enforce sanitation and safety standards

• Follow Quebec alcohol service regulations



Ideal Candidate Profile


We are looking for someone who naturally demonstrates:

✔ Experience with upscale or lounge-style hospitality

✔ Ability to motivate teams during high-pressure shifts

✔ Attention to service detail and guest experience quality

✔ Professional communication with ownership and staff

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years leadership experience in restaurant or lounge environments

• Experience supervising mid-size hospitality teams (8–20 staff)

• Comfort managing weekend peak service independently

• POS and reservation system familiarity

• Alcohol service certification (asset)
