Position Title & # Of Vacancies: Restaurant Manager (1 Vacancy)

Job Details

-        Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.

-        Implement operational procedures and maintain service standards.

-        Schedule staff shifts, supervise employees, and monitor performance.

-        Manage inventory, track sales, and adjust pricing or procedures when needed.

-        Address customer concerns and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

-        Order food, beverages, and supplies from approved vendors.

-        Coordinate catering orders and special events when required.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, with a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment. It requires both physical stamina and mental agility to manage operations, solve problems quickly, and maintain team morale while ensuring high standards of food quality and safety

Skills Requirements

Education: Completion of college is required. Food Safety Certificate and Responsible Beverage Service Certification is required.

Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in the food or retail service industry or completion of community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline is required.
